Whats going on with me, Reiki, Massage and this site!

If you follow me on facebook, you may have seen my integration of massage and body work into my scope of practice in addition to Reiki and energy healing.

I am extremely proud to announce that I am a certified massage therapist as of right now! That means in addition to clearing and balancing your energetic aura and aiding you in living your best life, I can now also offer you relaxing massage as well as many other body work modalities I have spent the last 9 months learning!

I immersed myself into my own body mind through body work, energy work and class work and have emerged excited, empowered, motivated and passionate to share my gifts with you.

You may be thinking 'well, how does massage help me live my best life...?' I am here to share with you the other side of massage and bodywork; the side that is much more than a 'feel good' massage (although those are truly HEAVEN and needed often!)that I have found myself drawn to and am walking proof that healing can occur with the proper touch and intention.

Touching into someones body is touching into their soul. Underneath muscle and bone is our essence, our spark that gives life to those bones and muscles; that is where you live.

Taking an energetic and approach to all things, massage and bodywork is no different. We immediately build our rapport the moment our energetic bodies sense each other, this may be before you've even walked into my office. Your entire experience with me will be one of relaxation. From this place of openness, trust, and loving intention a physical relationship begins when we meet for the first time and shake hands. I consider you in your entirety; physical aches, emotional pain, life and work stresses; these are all valid experiences you are dealing with and they all must be addressed in order for your being to feel at ease. Once the massage has started you are in sheer bliss, feeling comfortable on the extremely padded table with aroma therapy and sound healing intermixed with your personal style massage.

No body is the same. No being is like any other. No massage should be exactly the same. I address your body mind concerns individually and with purpose. There's no agenda or cookie cutter approach in my practice, you are far too valuable for that.
